Lindsay Arnold She could not be happier with the results of her breast augmentation and lift.
“I’m on day three post-op, and honestly, I feel pretty good today,” Arnold, 31, said in a Sunday, Jan. 19, Tik Tok. “Yesterday was by far the hardest day. The surgery went great. Everything went as expected.”
THE Dancing with the stars The alum explained that she gave her surgeon a size range, which she initially thought would be 245cc to 300cc. However, leading up to the surgery, Arnold changed her mind to be in the 265cc to 285cc range – but is “leaning more towards” 265cc.
“He’ll try them on during surgery and see what looks best on your frame, what fills everything out the best,” Arnold noted. “And so I was like, ‘I’ll leave it up to you. I’m leaning more towards 265[cc]. He also agreed, but said he would do what seemed best in surgery. “
Arnold noted that he went with the ergonomic implant. “The motivation is a brand of silicone implant, and ergonomic means the kind of stability of it. I wanted very natural, very like, malleable, not super firm,” he explained. “So you could make round or ergo, I think, [are] the different options. So I went with the Ergo motive. “
Ultimately, Arnold received a 265cc implant on both sides, which she said she was “so happy” with the size.

“They’re definitely swollen, not, like, fully established at all. Obviously, it’s only been three days, but I can already see the potential,” he said. “And I’m really, really happy we went with the size we went with. I think I would have been abused if they were bigger.”
After the surgery, Arnold said he had “a scar around the nipple,” which is called an “anchor scar.” She added, “With the lift, they were moving some of that extra skin, moving the nipple higher on the breast.”
As for her profile, Arnold decided on Moderate Plus and also chose to have the procedure over her muscle.
“My surgeon does it quite often and believes in this technique a lot because you don’t have to cut the muscle, which was very appealing to me,” said Arnold. “I’m someone who’s super active and I didn’t want anything to mess with my muscle function. Recovery is much easier because you don’t have to wait for a muscle to heal. “
Arnold also received a “galaflex,” which he explained is “an inner mesh bra that they put down.”
“After about 18 months, it breaks down and becomes like collagen, but it’s really just to help give support to the bottom, which I love so much,” she said. “There you have it. This is all the details about my brush, increase and lift. I am so happy with the results so far and know it will continue to improve as they heal and settle into everything. “
While sharing the results from the surgery, Arnold gushed that her fans were “so supportive” of her decision.
“Even if you don’t agree with it or want to do it yourself, I appreciate the respect that this is something I wanted to do for myself,” he said.
After sharing her decision to get a breast augmentation and lift in a separate Tiktok video, Arnold stated that she originally wanted to undergo the procedure once she and her husband, Sam Cusickthey became children.
While she and Cusick “don’t even have the babies,” Arnold noted that the couple is in no rush to expand their family. (Arnold and Cusick are parents to daughters Sage, 4, and June, 20 months.)
“I just decided I didn’t want to wait,” he said in December 2024. “Obviously, [I] I know there’s a chance I might need a lift later in life or whatever, but I just don’t want to wait any longer. … We just put [family planning] on pause a little longer. “
