Tori Spelling has given fans an inside look at the veneer process that boosted her confidence levels and made her ‘smile again’.
Spelling, 51, has been open with fans about the procedure, revealing that she once had a stunning smile that diminished over the years after her teeth became less of a priority.
But now Spelling isn’t hiding her teeth anymore thanks to her best friend, beloved dentist Dr. Kevin Sands.
Both Spelling and Sands shared a video detailing her makeover, from her consultation to the day her veneers were officially put on.
“Well, I have a new smile with Dr. Sands. It’s so weird to say that. “Kevin and I have been best friends since we were 15,” Tori – who received veneers in May – explained during the consultation.

While in the chair, she told her boyfriend, “I look back on 90210 and I smiled at every scene!”
“You had the most beautiful teeth!” insisted Dr. Sands.
“I did,” she replied in a sad tone.
Dr. Sands — who has worked on the likes of Kim Kardashian and Drake — broke down what he planned to do that day: “Today we’re going to take a thin layer off the top of your tooth.”
Tori has candidly described how her teeth have ‘dropped’ her confidence levels over the years – despite once being her ‘thing’.
“My smile was my thing when I was young,” Tori explained. “And then growing up, I never paid attention to my teeth.”
“When I’m talking to people, I’ll raise my hand and stuff like that and it’s really knocked my confidence,” she added. “So I’m really excited because Kevin is going to give me a whole new smile.”
Tori received a set of temporary veneers for the first time.
In the two weeks since the temporaries were put in, Tori noticed a boost in her self-esteem.
“My whole confidence, even these last two weeks has grown. Even in my temps. Like I’m smiling again, and I just feel so much better, so I’m looking forward to my new teeth,” she explained.
Tori got her veneers done just days before her 51st birthday on May 16.

Last month, she opened up about her decision to get veneers after years of feeling self-conscious about her “disgusting” teeth.
In an episode of misSPELLING podcastthe actress admitted that in her 40s she lost her “teeth”.
As a birthday present to herself, she decided to revamp her smile with the help of Sands, who appeared as that week’s guest.
“I always say I’m afraid of the dentist. I let my teeth go s**t,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 star told listeners, before asking Sands, “So, how bad were my teeth?”
Not holding back, Sands said Tori’s old teeth were “disgusting to say the least.”

Tori, pictured in 1992, recalled the amazing smile she had during her 90210 days
And he continued: “They were chipped, discolored. She didn’t look like the Tori I knew.”
Tori agreed with Sands’ blunt assessment. “Yeah, I couldn’t smile anymore. I didn’t smile,” he said. “I didn’t have a cavity until I was 40. It was all downhill from there.”
After years of hiding her smile, Tori arrived at the Sands and they decided veneers were the way to go.
“I wanted to make you look like the good old days, the hot little Tori I know,” Sands said, before explaining the process.
“We reshaped every single one of Tori’s teeth. We took these custom molds and from those molds, we hand-crafted every single tooth and just rebuilt her smile to how it was 20 years ago,” she said.
“Now you have a full smile. They are white, beautiful, sexy. See how you are. You look 10 years younger.’
Tori is absolutely thrilled with the result. “I’ve never been happier. I’m smiling now. There is a whole new me. People underestimate a smile,” he gushes.
