Ivanka Trump has sparked more plastic surgery speculation after a series of recent photos on social media.
Plastic surgeons told DailyMail.com that the former first daughter looked almost “too perfect” in the photos shared on Instagram.
The 42-year-old has never admitted to any cosmetic enhancement, but that hasn’t stopped rumors from swirling over the years.
Dr. Benjamin Caughlin, a plastic surgeon based in Chicago, emphasized a mirror selfie Ivanka shared this month from Paris, in which she appears in a matching lilac ensemble and a muffled expression.
Her chin and jawline look more defined than ever, probably with his help fillersaccording to Dr. Caughlin.
Ivanka Trump posted a series of glamorous shots from Paris. Plastic surgeons noted that her flawless complexion is likely due to a combination of rhinoplasty, laser treatments and fillers. The photo was posted on her Instagram in September 2024
Ivanka’s profile is streamlined, which surgeons said suggests she’s had at least one rhinoplasty as well as a chin implant

Dr Caughlin said: “Volume in the right places can really make a difference.
“You can widen the lower jaw laterally. You can also lengthen it from the back. You can make the body of the mandible and the body of the jaw a little longer.
“It can be very subtle, especially in women.”
In another photo posted in July, Ivanka showed off her toned figure wearing a yellow dress.
In it, she shows off her nose on the ski slope, which has become the envy of millions.
Dr. Darrick Antell, a Manhattan plastic surgeon, said: “The tip of her nose appears to be more prominent and refined, but this could have been achieved with a non-surgical rhinoplasty with filler. He probably did it to add balance to the rest of her features.”
Experts have suggested that Ivanka has undergone rhinoplasty, commonly referred to as a nose job, possibly more than once, enhancing her profile.
Dr. Joel Kopelman, a New York-based facial plastic surgeon, said, “In some cases, achieving a highly refined nasal shape, such as a ‘ski slope’ appearance, may require more than one procedure.
“Primary rhinoplasty could address structural issues or the overall size of the nose, while a secondary (revision) rhinoplasty could be performed to further improve the tip or adjust the nasal bridge.”
Ivanka’s chin has also come under public scrutiny since her appearance in November 2023 at her father’s fraud trial in New York.
While her chin in 2020 was smaller and looked tighter on her face, the chin in 2023 and 2024 is more pronounced.
To augment the chin, doctors cut the skin around the chin bone and stretch it to create a pocket where they can place an implant, making the chin longer and more pronounced.
Meanwhile, Dr Kopelman told DailyMail.com that her jaw appears wider in some photos from the spring.
“I would speculate that she may have had botox chewable … which is usually used to slim the face, but can cause a temporary widening effect while the muscle adapts.”
Masseter Botox is injected into the muscles at the back of the jaw on both sides of the face.
By reducing the size of these muscles and limiting their movement, this type of injection can create a slimmer-looking, more sculpted jaw.
In addition to well-placed cheek fillers, surgeons claimed she also had filler added to her jawline to give it a more chiseled appearance. The photo was posted on Instagram in July 2024
“Another possibility is the use of chin or jaw implants, which can improve the structure of the lower face and give that more angular look,” added Dr. Kopelman.
“I see patients asking for it more often now to achieve that sharper, more sculpted jawline.”
Dr Antell added: “There was also significant volume added to her chin and her lips were enhanced with filler.”
The power of well-placed filler — an injected substance that adds volume to the face to smooth wrinkles and shape certain features — can’t be overstated, according to Dr. Caughlin.
In addition to making a person look younger, filler can also reduce signs of fatigue, plump up the cheeks and reshape the lips.
DailyMail.com has contacted Ivanka’s team for comment.
Dr Steven Fallek, a plastic surgeon in New York and medical consultant for Maskad Skincare, added that her cheeks look fuller than before in her Paris photos, which is especially noticeable on the sides of her face towards the outer edges.
Plastic surgeons told DailyMail.com that the changes Ivanka has undergone since she was a teenager (seen here with her younger sister Tiffany) are too dramatic to be attributed to good lighting and masterful photo editing
Dr Kopelman added: Looking at the example [her latest post]I’d say she’s probably had cheek fillers.
“Her cheeks look fuller than in previous photos and this fuller look is often the result of well-placed fillers. It’s a subtle way to rejuvenate the face without surgery, and it’s something I often recommend to patients who want to enhance their natural structure.
And Dr Caughlin said: ‘Does it look like she’s had extra filler in her cheeks? I think this might be a good example as well. Probably the upper outer cheeks. Many people do very well with a little volume there. it’s the perfect peak and valley.’
A combination of botox, laser treatments and masterful photo editing likely played a leading role in achieving her flawless complexion.
Dr Caughlin said: ‘Her frozen face? One hundred percent neurotoxin.
“Now, that’s actually the goal – to stop movement and prevent wrinkles. But if you overdo it, you’re on unnatural ground. It looks great on TV, but in person? I’m sure it’s a little weird when he tries to express himself.’
Laser treatments, meanwhile, are tried and true ways to improve skin color and texture without going under the knife.
Plastic surgeons predicted that she likely underwent one of two different types of laser treatment: fractional laser or IPL.
Fractional lasers penetrate the skin and create damage there, which initiates the body’s natural healing process that improves texture and wrinkles.
IPL targets skin pigmentation, including age and sun spots, and stimulates collagen production to reduce fine lines.
Dr. Kopelman said that, in the latest photos, “her flawless skin is probably a combination of botox, laser, and possibly some photo editing for a more radiant look. I often see my patients use all three together to create that perfect finish.’
