Ever wondered what top secret plastic surgery procedures celebrities do to ensure they look perfect and stay youthful?

They mentioned blepharoplasty, or “eyelids,” with beauty editor Kirbie Johnson saying it’s not “super invasive like a side brow lift” and helps “freshen up their eye area.”
The clip quickly went viral, with commenters weighing in on what they found remarkable and how they think the stars are defying ageing.
To find out some of the other hugely popular procedures, FEMAIL caught up with top plastic surgeons, who revealed that celebrities are embracing everything from salmon sperm facials to fat transfers.

Some commentators have asked beauty editors to look at how some celebrities’ faces have changed, naming Lindsay Lohan (left) and Christina Aguilera (right), who appear to be aging backwards.
“We’re in this world where fillers and neuromodulators are part of people’s beauty routines,” Kirbie explained on the podcast.
“Once the Botox stops working around certain areas around their eyes,” they ask what else can be done, Kirbie added.
Kirbie and Sara also mentioned rhinoplasty and veneers as undetectable ways celebrities often change their appearance.
“I think the veneers are too obvious,” one person pointed out in the comments section. “Blephs can change your appearance for the worse. Attention!!!’ warned another.
Some commenters asked beauty editors to look at how certain celebrities’ faces have changed, naming Lindsay Lohan, Christina Aguilera and Stassi Schroeder.
Many people believed that some of the changes were due to GLP-1, writing, “A lot of what people think plastic surgery is better for is just weight loss.”
Famous facial plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Perskybased in Encino, California, confirmed to DailyMail.com that blepharoplasty offers “the biggest bang for the buck in facial rejuvenation.”
“The procedure has evolved from removing skin, muscle and fat to now leaving eye muscles intact and removing skin with or without fat repositioning,” explained Dr. Persky. “These changes resulted in less visible hollows around the eyes and a natural fresh look.”

Dr. Truesdale, who has a practice on Rodeo Drive, said that “changes in the position and shape of the eyelids can be made to enhance the eye as well,” calling the impact “subtle and powerful.”
Dr. Persky said the latest favorite A-list treatment is exGELa bioregenerative treatment “that is 100 percent natural made from the patient’s own blood” and is “an excellent natural alternative to eye filler without the risk of complications associated with hyaluronic acid filler injections.”
He explained that the gel is injected into the lower eyes, crow’s feet, cheeks, lip lines and nasolabial folds, then repeated two months later and maintained once a year.
