After being dragged into Rodney’Lil RodThe trial of Jones, allegedly named as one of Sean Combs’ sex workers, and linked to pink cocaine allegations, Yung Miami (Caresha) didn’t take a break. On April 8, she shot fellow City Girls member JT (Jatavia) for “sneakly criticizing” her. And now the City Girls are feuding — looking like a broken musical duo even though they haven’t officially broken up.
It’s only been months since Yung Miami and JT released their latest studio album, RAW, in October 2023. However, the scene collapsed on Monday when Miami rushed to his X account (formerly Twitter) to allegedly drop heavy accusations against his bandmate .
Here is what happened.
City Girls – Yung Miami and JT’s feud
Underlying drama surfaced online when Caresha tweeted: “A bitch has been sneakily criticizing me for weeks and I don’t say anything, what’s mad at me fa?????!!!! ! ! » From there, his online tweet tirade exploded.
Shortly after, another comment followed on his page: “I’m not jealous of a soul who I always say go for it, bitch, go for it!!! I clap for everyone, I show love to EVERYONE‼️ it’s not ab***h who I didn’t show love to!!!!!!!”
She finally named JT in her next tweet. “For you to come here and try to play the victim, it’s crazy!” Jatavia, you have been stealthily denigrating me for the LAST DAYS!!! she began. Caresha then accused JT of making two songs to talk her out of it. She claimed to have supported and “showed love” to her bandmate despite all of this – but not anymore.

Eventually, the accused joined her wave of tweets and asked her about the songs that allegedly denounced her. Miami responded, “NO BARS AND SIDE.” She continues to fiercely reiterate that she was “just a friend of” JT.
In doing so, the boiling rage of the fans poured out in the comments. While some seemed concerned about their consequences, others chose one side of the narrative, leaving the hip-hop duo and their fandom divided online.
Jatavia has taken the reins of his side of Twitter. Upon receiving Caresha’s response, she reduced her actions to simple “attention-seeking” tactics. Addressing the alleged “dissensions” in her solo tracks (No Bars and Sideways), JT was dismayed to see such accusations dragging her down since none of the songs directly mention Caresha.
“Oh wow, you’re really losing it!” If you think that, why don’t you tell me about it? You came here and said lol so people could ask you why you weren’t defending me,” JT tweeted Miami’s previous response.
The feud dragged on as many wondered why this unwarranted issue was not resolved privately. Fans were also intrigued by Yung Miami’s claims when she rapped to the same songs on social media earlier, only to later describe JT as a bad guy.

Jatavia mocked her bandmate’s allegations and tweeted: “Girl the internet told you the songs were about you, the one that said ‘this is city girl shit even though it’s not ain’t some city girl shit” that was posted under City Girls or the one that says ride solo but I’m still in a group? Get your phone back from whoever, baby, don’t play with me! »
JT is currently on his first solo tour and recently got into a tweet battle with internet personality KenBarbie. This followed just after a video of Jatavia slamming the DJ, who allegedly repeatedly harassed her into twerking, was posted online. As a result, KenBarbie attacked her on social media, claiming the artist had hung up “her City Girls heels.”
For its part, Miami releases its new single, CFWM, on Wednesday April 10.
