The 34-year-old died at Gloucestershire Royal Infirmary shortly before midnight on Monday after being unwell.
Her partner Dane Knight wrote on Facebook “some really lovely messages sent by some of your children brought a smile to my children’s mouth”.
She added: “I want to say thank you to all the family and friends who have been there for us in our time of need, including all the kind messages sent to my children and me.
“I feel it is important to say this as I will not accept adult speculation that eaves are accidentally dropped by children and unnecessary questions being raised to the 5 girls so be extremely careful with what you say and who is around. “
He continued: “My children are extremely vulnerable! Alice left us on Monday at 23.30.
“Two people have been arrested and are currently in custody on possible charges of manslaughter. Please, please, have these feelings for the five girls here.’
The victim is reported to have had liquid BBL, which – unlike surgery – involves the injection of hyaluronic acid and dermal fillers.
The procedure is designed to improve the size and shape of the buttocks without surgery or downtime.
Save Face, a national registry of accredited doctors offering non-surgical cosmetic treatments, told the BBC This was the “first case of death caused by non-surgical BBL in the UK”.
Alice was an advanced esthetician at Crystal Clear in Wotton-under-Edge, a market town in Gloucestershire.
A GoFundMe campaign set up by a friend described her as “beautiful inside and out, with the biggest heart.”
