Mike Tyson is ready to face the ring again.
Two days after suffering from a medical emergency on a May 26 flight from Miami to Los Angeles, the boxing legend lets fans know he is on the mend.
“Now I feel 100%” he wrote aboutformerly Twitter, May 28, “although I don’t need to be to beat Jacques Paul“.
During the May 26 flight, Tyson battled an attack of nausea and dizziness “due to an ulcer flare-up 30 minutes before landing,” his rep confirmed to Page six.
“He thanks the medical staff who were there to help him,” the spokesperson continued, adding that the boxer “is now doing very well.”
Tyson’s health issues come just under two months before the 57-year-old takes over. Paul in a boxing match that will be broadcast live on Netflix on July 20. And he’s more than ready to challenge the former YouTuber in the main event.
