LOVE Islanders aren’t usually known for their physical appearance.
However, viewers were stunned when the All Stars cast entered the villa on Monday looking very different to their last appearance on the ITV show.
Fans took to social media and commented on the women’s well-groomed faces and enhanced breasts, despite most being in their 20s.
Harley Street cosmetic nurse Emma Wedgwood said it was sad to see young women feeling the need to have such extreme procedures to achieve a “modern” look.
He says: “There is a herd mentality where they aspire to look ‘the part’ and the more they do it, the more it perpetuates the problem.
Obviously I’m not against treatments as I work in the industry, but you should use them with respect to your anatomy and face so that it enhances natural beauty.
“They were all great girls when they first appeared on the show, but now some of them seem fake and inauthentic, which is sad.”
Emma Wedgwood Aesthetics founder discusses the tweaks she suspects they’ve had.
Liberty Poole
BRUMMIE Liberty, 24, who was in series seven in 2021, admitted she’s had lip fillers since leaving the show, as well as corrective work on her teeth.
Emma says: “The lip fillers are pretty obvious, but I suspect she had work done on her boobs too. Maybe not breast augmentation but maybe some kind of augmentation that might have changed the position.
“Her chin looks like she’s had fillers – women this age do it to get a heart-shaped face. It’s all very subtle, so it’s still recognizable and still looks great.”
Molly Smith
The 29-year-old, from Manchester, was one of the bombshells at Casa Amor in 2020.
The following year, she had a breast job to “fill out” her bikini for a modeling job.
Emma says: “The breast augmentation is very clear, but I think her face looks almost the same. I suspect she had lip fillers and there may be a lump in the middle area, around the cheeks. If he had, well done, as he is not nutmeg-cheeked.’
Hannah Elizabeth
LIVERPUDLIAN Hannah, 33, from series 1 in 2015, has already had a breast job and then another after giving birth to son Reggie four years ago. She also admits to having an eyelid lift, fox eye surgery and a nose job.
Emma says: “The changes are so drastic. Her lips have filler and you can see the change on the tip of her nose clearly. You have many modifications and they can negatively affect each other.
“I can see cheek plumping and maybe a bit on the temples as well as a possible upper lip lift.”
Georgia Halivas
YORKSHIRE-born Georgia was just 20 when she appeared on the show in 2018.
In the five years since, she’s had a facelift and is rumored to have had a nose job.
Emma says: “Last time she was very baby-faced and now she has fringes, so some of the changes in her appearance could be due to her aging a bit. But I can definitely see face and lip fillers.
“Her jawline has that shiny look that’s also popular and her nose looks slimmer.”
Georgia Harrison
The Essex campaigner has been open about her plastic surgery since being on Love Island in 2017.
Georgia, 29, had a breast augmentation from a B to a C cup and two nose jobs to correct a deviated septum. She also had lip fillers, although she claims she has since had them removed.
Emma says: “Her face in the original series was quite angular in nature and wide at the bottom.
“I think she did some botox to soften the angle, like masticatory botox on the masticatory muscles and jaw line. It makes her face look less boxy.
“We know about her nose and tits, which is clearly visible.”
Demi Jones
The 25-year-old from Portsmouth, who appeared on Love Island in 2020, has previously said she’s not a fan of cosmetic surgery – and fills in her lips with lip gloss.
Emma says: “While her make-up is dramatic, there are more radical changes I can see. Her eyes and eyebrows have changed. I suspect she did a fox lift or cat eye lift using threads. The tip of her nose is slightly shorter but it’s subtle, while her lips definitely have filler and her teeth are done.
“There is definitely lower face filler. It’s aiming for the heart shape, but I think it’s gone too far. She has made her chin and face very angular, losing the softness she had before.’
Anton Danyluk
It’s not just girls who look different. Scot Anton, 29, looks more ripped than his first Villa appearance in 2019.
The gym owner claims his appearance is due to fitness and says he has been trolled online for his body and “bloated face”, which he attributed to his bodybuilding.
Emma says: “His physique could be down to weight training, but he looks pretty ripped in his older photos.
“This would show that he would have reached his full potential from regular visits to the gym beforehand.
“It could be the implants, but it would be good if it was just a good personal trainer and a program.”
Kaz Kamwi
WHEN Kaz, 29, entered the villa in 2021, she was one of the only contestants who hadn’t had botox, fillers or breast work.
And Emma believes the Essex girl has retained her natural beauty. She says: “I find it hard to see any work and I think it’s telling the truth.
“Kaz is curvier now, but I suspect that’s natural.
“Her skin looks better, her hair is in great shape and her eyebrows are gorgeous. I would say she has a good team around her.
“Her lower lip still has that nice shape from three years ago. I don’t think it has done anything to them.”
