Dancing With the Stars alum Lindsay Arnold she goes under the knife to celebrate her holidays and birthdays.
“My Christmas present this year is getting a breast augmentation,” Arnold, 30, said in a Thursday, Dec. 26, video on TikTok. “Guys, I’m freaking out… but I’m also so excited. That’s happening in just over two weeks.”
Arnold then laid out the timeline for her upcoming procedure.
“I turn 31 on January 11th and Sam [Cusick] and I’m going to Mexico for a little getaway,” she said, referring to her husband. “We do three nights and then we get home. The next day I will have a breast augmentation. I also get a lift. … It’s so many decisions and it’s hard to make the choices yourself and you have to live with those choices.”
While the accelerated timeline was “a bit of a whirlwind” for Arnold, she “always knew” she wanted a breast augmentation.
“It’s something I’m really excited about,” Arnold added. “I know there are mixed opinions about this sort of thing, and I understand that. … If it’s not for you, it’s not for you.”
In the comments section of her post, a follower further asked how Arnold would explain the procedure to her 3-year-old daughter, Sage.
“Hahaha I’m not sure how I’m going to do it yet,” replied Arnold, who also has 10-month-old daughter June with husband Cusick.

Arnold has previously been candid about her experience with plastic surgery.
“I’ve been doing Botox for years now,” the choreographer said in a video on social media in January 2023. “I put it between my eyebrows, I put it on my forehead. Obviously I don’t right now because I’m pregnant. I have also had lip injections for a long time. I haven’t done this in a while, so any changes you’re noticing now are changes from my face swelling during pregnancy. People always say, ‘Well, why are you trying to hide it?'”
Arnold has since learned to embrace physical appearance after becoming a parent.
“Since becoming a mom, it’s changed so much for me,” Arnold exclusively said Us Weekly in May. “I feel that beauty comes from within. … I am very much, “Less is more” when it comes to skin care and makeup. I wish I cared more about this when I was younger, but 1735565589 I have a complete routine that I’m consistent with every day.”
She added: “Staying healthy and doing things that feel good in my body every day is really important. When I feel good, I feel confident.”
Arnold also hopes to pass on her beauty wisdom to Sage and June.
“I want them to know that beauty comes from within and comes from how you feel about yourself,” she said Us. “I hope to instill confidence in them and help them know that they are perfect just the way they are and that they are beautiful in their own skin.”
