James Haskell showed off his hair transplant on Monday morning during an appearance on Good Morning Britain.
The former rugby player, 39, underwent a “precautionary” hair transplant last month after becoming increasingly concerned about his thinning hairline, MailOnline can reveal.
Now during his latest TV appearance on ITV alongside pal Mike Tindall, James showed off his short hair as it started to grow back after being shaved for the procedure.
The podcaster and DJ also sported long facial hair and dressed smartly in a simple pair of black jeans.
However, he didn’t mention his new look at any point in the interview.

Instead, duo Mike and James discussed their appearances on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here ahead of the new show.
James said: “People have different opinions and you sit all day and talk and do nothing and it gets so boring that the public thinks you’re punishing people by sending them to trial, but you’re not.”
Meanwhile, Mike was very quiet during his chat with Susanna Reid and Ed Balls as he revealed he had returned from a night out just hours before, after reuniting with his England rugby team-mates, with whom won the 2003 World Cup.
He explained: “Well we went to dinner with the 2003 rugby boys last night and it only finished three hours ago.”
It comes after James was spotted leaving the Restore Hair Clinic in Harley Street two weeks ago as he left still wearing a blue hospital gown.
The DJ showed off his freshly shaved head with visible signs of the hair restoration procedure.
The day before the procedure, James told an event in Newcastle that he had been offered the procedure for free and had decided to go ahead.
The clinic describes its treatment as follows: “A state-of-the-art, minimally invasive surgery. Mastered by an experienced surgeon.’
James has previously discussed his anxiety about thinning his straw, saying two years ago that he could “sort it out”.
He added: “Would I have cosmetic surgery? Probably, if I need it.
“I’m going to get my hair done sometime because it’s thinning.
“Would I start getting botox and stuff? Maybe, maybe not, but I don’t think so. The character in the face is important for a man.’
He also addresses the subject of male pattern baldness in his book, writing: “The strange thing is [hair loss] it affects so many men, yet they are the first to absolutely destroy anyone with a hint of submissiveness. I look back at the teammates I grill for their hair and think what the hell I was, now I’m heading down the same path if only slowly.

“Men are very curious at times. I get messages saying, “I think it’s time to shave your head” or “Come on man, get a transplant,” from people I’ve never met. I think they see it as a joke.’
James has returned to the dating scene following his shock split from Chloe Madeley last year after 10 years together.
Earlier this year, he was seen getting cozy with a mystery woman in the VIP area during a night out at celebrity hangout Gilgamesh in London.
A source said at the time: “James looked like he was having a great time surrounded by friends and lots of women.
“He’s no stranger to getting the ladies’ attention and last night was no different.
“He was talking to a mysterious lady near the bar for some time during the night.
“They looked like they were getting along really well and looked comfortable at times.
“They were whispering in each other’s ear, smiling a lot and making jokes.

“Even if they were just friends, it was good to see James being the life and soul of the party and having a good time.”
In recent weeks, Chloe’s famous father Richard Madeley has revealed that the two remain close and have even gone on holiday together in France, while Chloe herself admitted this week that they are ‘very good friends’ and ‘spend a lot of time together ».
She revealed that they have a “very happy uncoupling” and that the two – who have a two-year-old daughter Bondi – maintain a “very civilized relationship”, with James visiting their home all the time.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV from 6am.
