A woman who claims she has the ‘world’s biggest lips’ has admitted she’s getting even more material to ‘even things out’.
Andrea Ivanova, 26, from Bulgaria said she was injected with the soluble substance on both sides of her nose to prevent her from looking “old” and to “maintain a youthful face”.
The social media influencer – who recently made headlines for having six procedures in one day as an ‘experiment’ – also revealed she had been warned by doctors that the extra filler could be ‘life-threatening’.
However, in the same breath, she claimed her current surgeon advised her the £437 procedure was “very important” as part of preventative measures to prevent future facial wrinkles.
He explained: “The doctor told me it’s very important [to have filler] in these areas as if it does not exist, then over the years, my face will look aged.

“Because I have a lot of filler in my lips, as well as my cheekbones, there is a buildup of filler on both sides of my face, causing wrinkles.
“Such sensitive areas need to be hydrated and injected to keep things looking fresh and youthful.”
Although the former psychology student – who has spent more than £20,000 on lip fillers alone – lamented the ‘sweet pain’ that came with the procedure, she was delighted with the ‘wonderful’ results.
Andrea is known for her plump lips and sharp cheeks after several rounds of fillers.
Having become somewhat of an expert in cosmetic technique, Andrea had noticed that her nasolabial folds were “getting worse” before they grew.
And though she had her mind set on fixing it, she had some initial concerns.
He said: “This area is quite dangerous to inject as it’s where the sinuses are, as well as a lot of blood vessels.
“It is possible that if they are blocked, the situation could be life-threatening.

“Although dangerous, in my opinion, it is necessary to inject this area to maintain a youthful face.”
Despite her surgeon’s constant concerns, she has since been told that in order to continue with the extreme transformation, there are some necessary steps that need to be taken.
Andrea added: “My doctor is concerned about the tissue necrosis in my lips, but as long as I’m careful and remember to hydrate then I’ll be fine.
“It’s hard to smile and I have to drink a lot of water since the hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge.
“I can’t rub my face hard with my hands when I wash it or make sudden movements where the new injection sites are.
“But I will be re-injecting the nasolabial folds as I want my lips and cheeks to be fuller.”

It seems that Andrea is keen to have more cosmetic procedures despite warnings from medical professionals that they could be dangerous to her health (Andrea is pictured before the procedure)
Andrea wishes to continue with facial procedures despite warnings from several doctors.
She explained: “They are convinced, however, that I am going too far with my cheekbone augmentation, but I am absolutely adamant that I will continue with these procedures without stopping.”
In a bid to achieve her dream, Andrea recently underwent six operations as an ‘experiment’ in just one day, spending £830 on the invasive procedure.
Her long list of treatments included, chin contouring, augmentation and lengthening, jaw contouring and lip augmentation, as well as cheekbone enhancement – all at the same time.
Revealing that it was extreme, Andrea confessed that she had previously only had three needles in her face at once.

The social media influencer even had to find a doctor in Germany to do the procedures on February 21, 2024, as her usual surgeon flatly refused.
And although Andrea was excited about the experience, she confessed that it was extremely painful – more than usual.
“I have pain all over my face right now and my jaw and chin are really sore,” she said.
“It’s hard for me to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones and there’s a pulling sensation in my face.”
However, she believes this feeling is normal after treatment because “the filler hasn’t settled into place.”
