While accepting the Rising Star award at the Palm Springs Film Festival on Friday, the 31-year-old pop star joked: “I never thought at 31 I’d hear the words ‘rising star’ again, so I want you to start by thanking my good friends Botox and Juvederm”.
But the Wicked sensation insists she is still “four years” clear of beauty injections despite her teasing.
Chat with ET after giving her acceptance speech, she clarified: “I’m still clean, I’m still clean, but when I start going [for injections] I’ll let you know again.”
He emphasized, “I mean it. I really want to be transparent as a beauty founder. As the founder of rem beauty I think it’s important to be transparent.’
“But I love it and I support it. But I’ve been clean for four years. Do you see the lines? I love them,” she said of her natural complexion.

Grande also said on stage Friday night, “I thought I was going to hear ‘slightly wilted star’ or ‘fallen star’ by now, so thank you.”
Last fall, the singer dished on all the cosmetic procedures she’s had, and one she’d consider doing in the future.
Along with her Wicked co-star, Cynthia Erivo, in a lie detector test for a Vanity Fair, she revealed her beauty secrets.
Grande denied getting nose and breast surgery – with the polygraph examiner confirming she was telling the truth.
When asked if she’s ever had a “facelift,” the star replied, “No, not yet. I’m open.”
The 7 Rings producer admitted she had fillers and botox “in different places” in the past, but said she stopped “like four years ago”.
The former Nickelodeon child star was also asked if she’s ever had a Brazilian Butt Lift, to which she laughed and said: “Get the f**k out of here.”
“Yeah,” he joked, prompting the polygraph examiner to clarify, “She’s delusional.”
Grande added that she would never take a BBL: “That wouldn’t work for me. I don’t think that’s my thing and I’m okay with that, you know?’
Additionally, he denied taking a “fox eye lift” and said he didn’t know what it was until he was accused of doing it.
“I found out about it through people who thought I did it and I said thank you,” he noted.

After the film festival, the singer took to her Instagram platform to express her gratitude for the recognition for her performance in Wicked, the film adaptation of Jonathan Chu’s popular play.
“Thank you so much for this honor @psfilmfest,” began the caption of a post with photos from the evening.
Actress Jennifer Coolidge – who made a famous appearance in her next music video for “Thank You” – presented her with the award.
“I am so humbled and grateful,” she added. “And thanks to my lifelong inspiration, genius and super generous friend @jennifercoolidge for being a part of it.”
“Love you forever,” she said to end the note, before racking up more than two million likes from her 376 million followers.
