She looks completely different from her Gossip Girl days
With nearly two decades in the Hollywood spotlight, Blake Lively has been a trusted figure not only for her stunning looks, but also for her talent as an actress. With Hollywood’s ever-changing look, Blake has stayed true to her style and sense of self, gaining a natural glow over the years.
Her transformation from a baby-faced teenager while starring in the hit series Gossip Girl to a leading lady in the Hollywood industry is dramatic. As is common with the public, speculation follows the star around possible cosmetic changes to her face. And with her new movie, It Ends With Us in theaters now, see Blake Lively’s transformation over the years.
Rumors about rhinoplasty
Sticking with her natural image, Blake has neither confirmed nor denied publicly that she’s had a rhinoplasty.
However, some speculation surfaced online about whether she has had a rhinoplasty when Dana Omari-Harrell, an Instagram user who runs a popular plastic surgery. Instagram account claimed that the star may have had a rhinoplasty.
In a series of photos of Blake posted online, she wrote: ‘A little birdie told me that Blake Lively’s lovely rhinoplasty was done by Dr. Thomas Romo at NYC (who graduated from Baylor Medical in Houston).
“Obviously this post is not a complete breakdown of what I believe she had about her amazing and natural glow. I’ve talked about Blake’s nose job and her eyelash before, but never a full meltdown. Anyway, I just wanted to share with you her (alleged) plastic surgeon who is responsible for this gorgeous rhinoplasty.”
Botox vs facial steaming
Blake has also never revealed whether she condemns non-surgical treatments like fillers or injections like Botox, but at 36, she looks as fresh as ever. Whether this is due to surgeries is unknown, but Blake is a big fan of facial steamers according to Women’s Healthwhich may offer a possible explanation for her youthful skin.
Braces
Photos of Blake while attending Burbank High School in California surfaced in 2011, where her 2002 yearbook photo showed her smiling with crooked teeth. She clearly continued to wear braces and boasts the dazzling smile we know and recognize today.
From brunette to blonde
It appears that Blake first tried lighter hair while in high school, with old photos of her as a teenager with darker hair being shared online. Other images of Blake in formal wear and cheerleaders with darker hair suggest that she experimented with different colors during her teenage years.
Blake’s subtle makeup
Despite glitzy looks for red carpet events like a smokey eye and Versace outfit for the Met Gala, her everyday look is just the opposite. Proving that Blake Lively has moved away from the look of Serena Van der Woodsan, Lively’s previous on-screen persona who remained glamorous and dressed up at all times, no matter the occasion.
Blake confirmed that she doesn’t wear fancy everyday makeup, instead sticking to the basics. she said Fashion: “On a daily basis I normally wear sunscreen, tinted moisturizer and nothing else really. No real makeup.”
A whole new style and fashion sense
Blake Lively’s transformation is not limited to her physical appearance, but also to her fashion sense. Blake’s style has undoubtedly evolved over the years, going from cute but understated to bold and striking. Everyone remembers her moment on the red carpet where she dramatically changed her entire look, and her press tours for It Ends With Us are no different, sporting a wardrobe of florals rocked by Blake.
