Miami is sparing no expense when it comes to expanding its mixed use footprint in its lively neighborhoods.
Current projects include Wynwood Place, a mixed-use residential and office development in Wynwood, Miami’s arts and entertainment hotspot. The 1M SF development is expected to include 509 apartments and a 12-story office tower and will include a pedestrian plaza and thoroughfare as well as numerous stores and restaurants.
Meanwhile, Miami’s Design District makes way for Miraia mixed-use development, with 17 modular commercial spaces for luxury retail and 41,000 square feet with four commercial spaces planned for office use.
